The 10th International Congress of the Brazilian Institute of Construction Law (IBDiC) brings to the fore the main issues affecting the construction and infrastructure sector in Brazil, as well as discussing the context of new market developments.
The program covers current topics such as risks in the construction of linear works, changes to the Administrative Improbity Law, dispute resolution clauses in construction contracts, controversial aspects of Dispute Boards, changes in construction contracts and also the participation of women leaders in the sector.
“We will address the reality of major infrastructure works in Brazil, with national and international speakers with extensive experience in the sector”, explains Victor Madeira Filho, president of IBDiC.
