The 7th International Congress of the Brazilian Institute of Construction Law – IBDIC took place in the last week of August. Over two days, more than 35 speakers addressed nine central themes on legal certainty in Construction Law. Giuseppe Giamundo Neto moderated the opening panel of the event on Legal Certainty in Public Works Contracting. We are grateful for the opportunity to share ideas with more than 200 people.
