Alexandre Krause Pera is a consultant at Giamundo Advogados, working on litigation and advisory matters in civil law for Brazilian and foreign clients, notably in contract, corporate, real estate, consumer, family and succession law and estate planning.
In litigation, he represents clients in a wide range of cases at all levels of the judiciary. On the advisory side, he drafts commercial contracts and legal opinions. He has frequently provided legal commentary on consumer, real estate, family, succession and estate planning matters to media outlets such as Valor Econômico, Exame, Estado de São Paulo, Folha de São Paulo, Portal Terra and Yahoo.
