Davi Madalon Fraga is an associate at Giamundo Advogados with 15 years of experience in public law, particularly infrastructure and concessions, providing legal advice on oil and gas, highway, metro, airport, urban infrastructure and mobility, port, shipbuilding and civil construction projects, in both advisory and litigation matters.
He has experience in public tender proceedings and contract management across a wide variety of contracts, such as construction contracts, turnkey (EPC and EPCM), design, onshore and offshore, alliance agreements and guaranteed maximum price, among others.
